X06 Canada Faceplate

I recently came into possession of this, http://www.xboxaddict.com/faceplate-...06-Canada.html, still has the sticker on it. I looked around and there was one sold on ebay for $200CAD last month. Anybody know if that was just a one-off or should I be asking around that much for it?
