Overall: Grab your favorite plane and create fireworks by shooting your enemies out of the sky! This game totally rocked my socks and met all expectations I had for it. Being able to fly a plane and be a 'pirate of the sky' is just a cool thing. The plot was surprisingly good and almost made me feel like I was part of a movie. The multiplayer is just as rewarding as the single player. Online play is fantastic and very fun. It is like halo in the sky.
Gameplay: The single player is just way too cool. I love how you can choose to fly a variety of planes and each have distinct areas of which they are better at that are fit for different situations. The handling on most of the planes were just great. The arial tricks added the right amount of finesse that the game needed to show off and to evade enemies. I also liked how you had to find those wing things in order to 'buy' some planes so that they would be able to use them in multiplayer.
A cool aspect of the game was how you were able to get out of the plane and use different turrets to blow planes and zeps out of the sky. You could even use your own zep as a base cause it had several turrets on top and bottom.
The environments were never repetitive and each made for some amazing and extrememly fun dog fights. Especially on LIVE, things could get pretty interesting.
The developers did a fantastic job that is worthy of recognition.
Graphics: The visiuals were superb. The cut scenes were an absolute masterpiece. The explosions in the actual game were fantastic and it was a joy to be able to go head to head with an enemy and being able to fly through the smoke of his remains. A lot of the situations that were created with the game reminded me of Star Wars and the dog fights that ensued in those movies.
Sound: I really enjoyed the sound effects and the music added the element it needed to give it a sort of cinematic quality. The sound was as amazing as the the rest of the game and it should not be overlooked.
Suggestions: AWESOME JOB! But the single player needed to be longer. Some mini games would have been cool.

Overall: a real good game... but fails to expand in the areas where it is so great. multiplayer is great, as is single player... while it lasts.
Gameplay: all aircraft handle very easy, and physics and the angle-of-attack rule do not aply... so you can fly in any way you like whithout the fear of stalling... mastering tricks is easy enough, and can really help you get out of a sticky situation. single player mode is fun... and boasts a strange & intrigueing story... but once you have completed single player will wear a bit thin...... but multiplayer is where it's at... live play is great, and though there are few maps, there are alternative modes to the typical dog-fight. overall gameplay is very good... but really needs live play to make the most of it.
Graphics: this is another great looking xbox exclusive... planes look great, and all texture are nice and detailed... the draw distance is very good, and there is no viseable pop-up. water effects give the impression of looking at sea water, and cities and buildings are all beautifully designed. another great looking xbox exclusive
Sound: sound is very clear, and environments sound good. music has its own style (much like the game it's self) and crashes, and fights all sound great.
a good sounding game, that just sounds even better when heard on surround sound.
Suggestions: more maps, better single player.

Overall: This game is excellent, I havn't been a fan of these types of games in the past but figured I'd give this game a shot and it was worth it. The gameplay, sound, graphics, story, are all great, my only complaint would be its a little short and theres only 4 different city you fly around in but the game is still great, 9/10.
Gameplay: Gameplay is great, you fly around untill you see someone with a blue icons, you fly to them and start a mission, so that means you can fly around doing nothing for as long as you want. As you go through the story you go to 4 different cities, would have been nice to see more, and as you progress you can pick up different planes and upgrade them if you want. I havn't play online so don't know how great the feature is or not, 9/10.
Graphics: The game looks great, from the cities, to the people, to anything else it all looks great no complaints, they did a great job, 8/10.
Sound: The sound is another great feature in the game, the voice acting is done very well, and all the other little sounds are pretty good, 8/10.
Suggestions: Longer story mode, with more planes, cities, and things to blow up.

Overall: An arcade-style flight game. It's the closest game action-wise to the Gamecube's excellent Rogue Squadron 2 that I have played on XBOX.
Gameplay: The controls are as pick-up-and-play as you can get. The responsiveness of the controls vary somewhat depending on what plane you pick, but that's intentional. Overall, solid controls.
Graphics: The graphics for this type of game are very nice. Nothing that I haven't seen before, but better than the simuliar looking Blood Wake.
Sound: There is no custom soundtrack option. Which is a shame because the music is repetitive and bland. The guns and explosions are average. This is the games weakest aspect.
Suggestions: Allow custom soundtracks and have a multiplayer campaign mode.

Overall: The first time I skimmed the ocean and saw water drops on the canapé, I was impressed; a couple barrel rolls later, I was hooked. There has only been a hand full of games that I truly considered straight-out fun, Burnout 2 for instance. This gem kept me interested and thrilled almost the whole way thru. Dangerous Dames and Deadly Dogfights, what?s not to like!
Gameplay: Game-play is where this game shines. The pick-up and play ease-ability frees your from the tedious learning curve of most flight simulators. And a sim this game is not; it?s purely an arcade shoot-fest. Piloting a variety of concept planes with their own strengths and weaknesses adds a bit of strategy to the mix. Speed and maneuverability of a Bulldog, the durability of the Brigand or the all purpose Devastator; these choices adds spice to how you can play the various missions.

The single player campaign made me a fan; the on-line multiplayer made me an addict. I had the game for a long time before I registered to Xbox Live and it was this game in-particular convinced me to shell-out the extra cash for broadband. Once I was on line and learned the how to really dogfight however, let?s just say I hardly leave the unfriendly skies now. The downloadable content truly brought value-added to this purchase. My favorite new plane and map is the Fury and Plateau. If you want to hunt an Ace, you?ll find Azael6 there. (I?m not, bragging, I?m just an average four-dot plus!)
Graphics: The graphics are pure eye-candy. Like I stated above, the water effects are cool (and there be wale?s too in wave?s matie!). The planes have a decent amount of detail and the environments are interesting; personal favorite is Sea Haven. Can?t say I care for the caverns that much but it was challenging if nothing ells. Awesome explosions and weather effects really sweeten the visuals. From the tropical islands to high plain desserts; underground cities to skyscrapers in Chicago, there?s plenty to explore.
Sound: If you have a surround sound system, you might find yourself checking the corners of the room for fighters coming up on your 6. The machine gun and plane engine effects were acceptable. I like the sound a plane makes as it zips by you. If you listen closely, you can hear the waves cresting around Sea Haven. The voice acting was enjoyable; Nathan reminds me of Ash from the Evil Dead movies. ?Take these broken wings, and learn to fly again.? If you know where that line comes from, like me, you probably won?t admit it! The other characters sound appropriate for the time setting; especially Betty?s 1930?s circa shrill. ?Hope ya don?t mind if I leave my socks on?? Yea, it?s cheesy; but I wouldn?t want it any other way.
Suggestions: Improvements? Make the single player campaign longer of course. Some new special moves would be welcome, like the ability to flip back and get behind the plane chasing you. One aspect I really dislike is the stall feature when you are pointing straight up and shooting and the spin-out (dead in the air) effect when someone flies through you on multiplayer. I don?t know how many times I have either been shot down while spinning or hit the ground/building and destroyed myself because of these minor irritations! New planes of course! Some larger bombers would be cool, like an old B-17 Flying Fortress that allows multiple players to man the AA guns inside. Keep up the good work!

Gameplay: The gameplay is ok nothing special its just the fact you are stuck in a plane all the game there is no vast exploretion.
Graphics: Its ok again nothing special, the looks of the how could i say ground are poor and the looks of the sky is poor and the looks of the surroundings are poor.

Overall: In my opinion one of the best xbox games ever made. The game is fun online and offline and the graphics are amazing.
Gameplay: The controls in this game are very simple making it easy just to pick up and play. I also like how the game gives you so much freedom to do what you like through out the game
Graphics: Some of the greatest visuals. The water effects are amazing and they add a great feel to the game. Of course we can't forget the plane explosions.
Sound: The sound is pretty good in this game. The sound of the weapons on your planes are really cool but listening to Nathan after a while gets really old.

Overall: I've wanted this game since it was released and finally picked it up after the price dropped and I am not disappointed. The single player game is incredible and left me wanting more. The multiplayer mode is extensive and loads of fun, especially Capture the flag (known as "Flag Heist" in the game) and Chicken modes ("Wild chicken" and "Chicken pox") Bottomline: This game is so much fun, loaded with fast paced, non-stop action galore, consistently providing enjoyment everytime I play it.
Gameplay: Most of the time you fly a plane (of which you have a good number of planes to choose from) and shoot down other planes, Zeplins, or crazy mechanical creations. The controls are spot on and very easy to use and the game introduces you to the controls in the first mission. A cool feature is that most of the game takes place flying a plane, but you can also man guns placed on zeplins, boats, or towers, giving a nice change from flying all the time. The single player mode takes you on an adventure to stop an evil mad scientist from taking over the world and is actually so good I felt it was over too soon. Some of the bosses are immense in size, especially the last one and it's amazing how smooth the game runs with all the action taking place. The multiplayer is diverse with Split screen, System link, or Xbox Live support. The 4 player split screen is very well implemented and a lot of fun, while the Live offerings are the same except with up to 16 people making for some really exciting matches.
Graphics: This game is a sight to behold, a definite looker especially in motion. The visual effects are awesome from the heat coming off the engine when using turbo boost to the incredibly realistic looking water. The areas are highly detailed although you'll usually be too busy to notice them. The damage to the planes and other vehicles looks great. The fire and explosions are one of the highlights, when you shoot a Zeplin, a hole burns in the skin of it and looks fantastic. It's just amazing what the developers have done with this game and kept it all moving at a solid framerate.
Sound: The sound is exceptional with above average voice acting and an incredible soundtrack that helps increase the tension and make you feel like your in an Indian Jones movie.

Overall: This was an awesome game! No doubt, a must have. I just finished SWON, and I thought that that was amazing. This game is accually better though. It is a little bit like comparing apples and oranges though. SWON is a simulator. It's goal is total realism. Crimson Skies is an action video game. It's still about dogfighting, but it has some special moves, upgrades, health packs falling from vanquished foes. Realism was not a goal for this game. A great, fun, enjoyable game was the goal. And it succeeded.
Gameplay: You get a plane, you do various tasks. They're all based around killing everything that's 'red' on your radar. I loved it. It has some other little challenges in it, such as aiming, and racing. For the most part though, you fly and you shoot. It's great!
One little issue that I had with this game was the end boss. I went through most of the game pretty easily. I would maybe die once or twice. The end boss was CRAZY hard though. I spent 3 days trying to kill that F'n thing! Thought when it finally blows up, you light a smoke, crack a beer, and just feel all aroung jolly!
I have to say that the ending movie was a HUGE letdown though. It wasn't anything special at all. You're totally stocked about killing that thing, and then nothing. Not very impressive.
Graphics: The graphics were great. A lot of the fighting was close up. You get right near the scenery. There is a lot of time to just fly aroung and look at stuff. I actually spent some time just flying aroung the environments. Really impressive!
Sound: The sound is probably the weakest part of this game. It's not that it's bad, it's just that it's nothing special. The music is even a little redundant at times. Overall though I'll still give it a pass.
Suggestions: I would like to see a sequel for sure. The next time I would like to see a little more variety of USEFUL planes. Although there are a lot of planes in this one. You'll find that there are only 2 or 3 that you would ever bring into battle.

Overall: Very good game. A friend of mine told me I should pick this one up and I dragged my feet on it, but I sure am glad I did now that I have it. Great addition to the Xbox library. I'd compare it to an aerial version of Bloodwake, but with better graphics, more diversity, and overall just a more well done game.
Gameplay: Excellent. Lots of aerial combat spread over a number of different missions. Some involve escorting a zeppelin from one place to another, while the majority have you gunning down enemy planes. The controls are pretty simple once you get used to them and you can be doing cool maneuvers in no time that are very gratifying. There's something satisfying about blowing up planes in Crimson Skies like there was sinking boats in Blood Wake. A definite feeling of accomplishment when the explosion hits. The only reason I'm not rating gameplay a 5, is because the variance of the missions does become somewhat repetitive after a while, but look at it from a developer's standpoint. How much can you really do with an airplane combat game? Overall, very good.
Graphics: Excellent. Some of the better graphics on the Xbox in my opinion. When you get near the water, photo realistic water beads collect on the screen, just like Quantum Redshift. The water looks real, planes are very detailed, explosions look great, etc. The islands could have been done with more detail, but they still look very good. The desert level I'm on now looks awesome when you're flying through the canyons. Sunsets/skies/clouds look great as well. Rain is very realistic also.
Sound: Again, excellent. I have a Harman Kardon 7.1 surround system with a Cerwin Vega 15" downfiring subwoofer, so I'm pretty critical of the audio I play. The music in Crimson Skies is excellent, giving you the feeling that you're in the middle of a movie being filmed. Sound effects are great and send thunderous bass to the sub. Overall, very pleased here.

But when I started playing the game, it grew on me fast, and I mean in seconds. Something about this game makes want to play it over and over and over again.
Gameplay: Great use of the multiplayer, that was the highlight of the game, it was so much fun playing it with three freinds. Controls were very good.
Graphics: Visually it is up there with Halo. This was the highlight of the game. Graphics were obviously something the designers worked.

Overall: this is a very solid title. you can see from the quality of this game why it was delayed so long because perfection takes time. i started off by playing the single player campaign since i didn't have xbox live and i can say that that was very enjoyable on the hard setting. some of the flying you have to do in this game is insane. the controls are intuitive and the special moves are easy to pull off although not always usefully. and the bosses or challenges you get at the end are well done. then recently i have played the on-line portion of this game and found it to be extremely challenging and fun with 16 planes flying around shooting each other.
Gameplay: Controls are easy to learn and the plane does what you want it to without much of a hassle. it only took one of my friends a couple of minutes to figure it out. as you play the game you get the chance to unlock more planes by stealing them and taking them to your zeppelin. you also get to upgrade your planes by earning money or stealing money from missions you do and finding hard to find tokens that require expertise flying to acquire. like i said before some of the missions are really really challenging but when you finally pass them it feels like your king of the world and scares you a little at the same time from what could possibly be ahead. i also dig the futuristic mixed with the past because the evil bosses had all these new technological advantages. but the technology was also their weakness.

on xbox live i only got to play dogfight so i cant say much for the rest but from what i got to play it was very enjoyable, except that you will learn that some people are just annoyingly good at this game. i though i would be a decent challenge considering i had recently beaten the game but alas victory far from my grasp. overall the action was intense and non-stop. although i have heard some complaints that it could get old quick. but it hasn't happened to me yet.
Graphics: beautiful graphics! the planes, the stages, the water, the villains, and the cut scenes. you have to see it to believe it i guess. at first i didn't like how the planes looked because i thought they were a little to plain. but once you upgraded them they get stronger, faster, and a cool new paint job.
Sound: the voice acting in this game was great, the gunshots, and the missiles were very realistic. the music went well with the game. i have never been one to say much about sound but i can say that the sound in this game was well done.
Suggestions: you should have extended the single player campaign a little longer or maybe provide a couple of downloadable missions. i found myself wanting a little more.

Overall: I have been gaming well close to 20 years and I have never seen a combat action flying game as good as this one. Simply put, this game is FUN and EXCITING in both multiplayer and single player areas. It has everything a good video game should have and them some. Great story line, awesome sound effects and graphcs, a few surprises that will catch you off guard and leave you laughing. The online scoring with the stars representing skill levels is simple and accurate. Unlike many scoring systems I have seen in online games, this one is "real time" and tells one exactly where they stand amoung rakings of skill.
Gameplay: Single player levels are awesome. I love the AI "wingman" it gives you to help you out when and interact with. The off the wall storyline makes it fun and different. Multiplayer game play rocks. A Xbox Live game that can actually host 16 players with little to no lag is hard to find. Although there are some, this is one of the better ones I have played.
Graphics: Love the different aircraft and capabilities of each. My only draw back is what seems to be in this game as well as others is that there always seems to be 1 weapon (aircraft in this case) that is much better than the rest. This I do not know for a fact since I have not tried to master all of the aircraft, it just seems that way at first glance. Since I do not know for sure about the aircraft, I will give the game a 5.0 for visual since that was my only concern.
Sound: The only thing I do not care for is it does not seem to save the sound settings once you exit the game. Like the music I always turn down, but it is back up when I re-start a session. Also it does not support external music play via recorded songs on the xbox console. Those are the only 2 reasons I did not give this game a 5.0 on sound.
Suggestions: More Maps! More Planes! Enable music play off the console via the game itself. Fix the sound settings to stay where they are set even after the game is turned off. If this is the case, I may have missed something on that though. Other than those items, a person can not can wrong purchasing and playing this game.

Overall: A topsy turvey flying shooter that's a bit challenging to operate but is reasonably fun to play with the ability to play in the air or on the ground from land based weapons.
Gameplay: I thought this was a really hard game to get a handle on in regard to the controls while flying. I had to put the controller down for a while because I was getting dizzy playing it on the 57" HDTV! The controls were too sensitive for my liking but I'm not a pilot so go figure... The missions are pretty long and unforgiving in regard to having to start all over if you get squashed before you get through it. I found that a little frustrating.
Graphics: Really good. This is a great game to look at in regard to the renderings and the characters. A definate plus for the XBOX library with regard to the XBOX being the superior system for graphics.
Sound: Solid. Nothing spectacular, good explosions but who doesn't these days. Just average by today's standards.

Overall: This game was part of the reason I bought my XB.. The Graphics are great, the gameplay, for me, is fast and not dull. I love the "reality" it's set in and I like the story line.. Played few online hours, but plan on playing many more.. looking forward to new maps
Gameplay: The gameplay seems pretty straight forward. You are given a goal, you shoot down bad guys to achieve that goal. The barrel rolls and some of the other special effects don't seem neccesary.. but they are fun to do..
Graphics: The Graphics are just amazing.. I love the way the planes, the Zeps and the sky/water looks..

The face texturing is superb, as it can be for a low poly model. Only had a few hiccups while playing but no other problems
Sound: Sometimes soundtracks can get pretttty boring.. this one is okay.. nothing spectacular, but it does have fast paced music that, for me, adds to the "on the edge of the seat" playing..

Overall: This game is sweet, for a while. I have yet to play an airial fighting game for Xbox, so this has quenched my longing for a good game.
Gameplay: Yo play as Nathan, an air-pirate. YOu do various missoins and try to save the world. I beat the game in about 2 days, so I was left wanting for more. It was way to short, and I don't have XBL, so the game's lasting appeal was gone. NO CO-OP?!?! I understand why but it would be so awsome to have my brother cover me while I try to take out a boss. RENT IT IF YOU DON'T HAVE XBL.
Graphics: The graphics of this game are awsome!!! The water looks so amazing, the people and planes are flawless, and it never missed a beat when it came to framerate!
Sound: Voice acting is really good in this game. The gun and missle sound really realistic also.

Gameplay: The single player isnt the greatest. The online is crazy!!! we never stopped playing it. (only for food and stuff) It was sweet flying those planes, even tho we sucked at it.
Graphics: The graphics are good, and smooth. The gameplay makes up for anything that is missing in the graphics. Its one of my favorites.
Sound: The sound in this game is saaweeet. The engines make the coolest noises, and the close combat noises make this game awesome. Deffinitly one of the better sounding games i've played
Suggestions: Crimson Skies 2??????

Overall: WOW! Did this game surprise me! I remember seeing trailers for this game awhile back and thinking it was nothing special, as soon as I heard it had online play, wonderful graphics, and an excellent single player, I had to get it. Crimson Skies is a flight game set in an alternate 30's.
Gameplay: You play as a man named Nathan, he is a sky pirate. He gets into trouble right from the start of the game where he gambles and loses his zep (blimp) the night before. The gameplay is fun and thrilling, from diving down into trap filled caves to fighting giant robotic bosses the game stays fun and fresh throughout the lenghthy single player. The story is superb and the dogfights are amazing. Its just plain fun to shoot down giant zeps and watch their burned skeleton drop down to the ground, while collecting the supplies that fell out. The game features 4 different locations (which are ever changing), now dont just asume that this means the game is quick, its not, the levels you play on have optional side missions, races, and story missions to fill up your time. From manning turret guns and protecting the city, to fighting giant robotic spiders, the game is a blast to play and with the online and many multiplayer features, the game should be playable and remain fun for a long time.
Graphics: The visuals in this game are some of the best the XBOX has to offer. Things like water and fire look totally realistic, detailed, and amazing. The levels are huge and very detailed. The planes look great as well as their weapons (things like plasma cannons, snipers, shotguns, missles). The game just looks amazing, and as the game goes on the environments get more and more detailed. There are also amazing looking CG movies that are fun to watch and help more the plot along.
Sound: The sound is great, from voice works, to sound effects of weapons and your plane, the game sounds wonderful. The music is very appropriate and adds that extra feel to the game.
Suggestions: None, it was great.

Overall: I was very skeptical about Crimson Skies: High Road to Revenge. I was not impress at the graphics when I first saw the pictures of this game. But then after reading reviews from this website and other reviews and actually playing the game i found out that this game rocks! Your able to fly alot ot old school muscle airplanes, play with your friends (multiplayer) and it has online capabilities (haven't tried it online yet but looking forward to it). Anyways if your reading this and are deciding on this game go buy it, trust me it is worth your hard earned cash. It took me awhile to get CS:HRTR cause' people didn't return the game beacuse it's tight!
Gameplay: High flying shoot up game. You play as Nathan Zachary an air-pirate that steals money from the phat cats (just like robin h except he keeps the money), but he doesn't work alone. Your in a gang called the "Fortune Hunters." The flying is great with barrel rows and such you can do alot of things in this game. The only real thing that bugged me was with the controls. In order to do a death-defying roll you have to push down on the right thumbstick and turn with left thumbstick in the same direction as the right thumbstick (too ackward). Still this is a cool game to own for the holidays. One of the game to own this year!
Graphics: Great detailed graphics. I thought halo had awesome g's. Man this one is up there with Splinter Cell and the rest of them.
Sound: good could better with custom soundtrack option!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Suggestions: Give an option where you can place the buttons where you want them to be, one button maneuvers, custom soundtrack, co-op, more weapons and airplanes, tarketing option, ability to create your own plane.

Overall: this game is awesome. Best online game for xbox so far. Incredible graphics and excellent online play. Might not be good for people without xbox live tho.
Gameplay: single player is alright. However, online is where this game excels. Incredibly detailed maps to fly around and huge dogfights gives u a thrill everytime.
Graphics: i dont see how they could get any better. This game was definately not rushed. The environments are very realist looking.
Sound: sound is another great feature in this game. The sound of yur gun blasting at the enemy is quite enjoyable, very powerful sounding ;D
Suggestions: keep 'em coming. Think of some new gametypes for yur next game (assuming u make another)

Overall: crimson skies is a fun non-realistic shooter with planes. The online is awesome and it allows a guest to play as well. The graphics sound and gameplay are all wonderfully done.
Gameplay: the planes are easy to fly, but provide a challenge to veteran flyers as well with special moves. hit detection is right on, and it is just very solid gameplay. I wish there was a first person view as your plane often obstructs your view of the enemy.
Graphics: The planes and enviroment are done well, but sometimes it's hard to see enemy planes as they sometimes blend in with the enviroment.
Sound: The machine guns, rockets and all other sound effects are good, and the menu music goes well with the game. Nothing to complain about here, but also nothing special.
Suggestions: allow more guests to play online.

Overall: I like this game so far. The controls are pretty tricky at first but I picked them up pretty quick.
Gameplay: Like I said they take a little getting used to for me but it could just be because I don't play a lot of flying games.
Graphics: The graphics are awesome. From the surrounding details to the smoke and such that happens when you shoot things or get hit.
Sound: I thought the sound was also done really well. The planes engines sounds real, the guns sound good and the splashing sounds good too.

Overall: My baby(Xbox) and I were up late celebrating her birthday and as her gift for her special 2 years( after the wonderful 2 socks in the cd tray) I surprised her with a copy of Crimson Skies HRTR, we went to bed happy. And since, I haev been playing this game non stop, I can't get enough of it. I haev been playing it so much I keep forgetting to write my review of this game, so I finally pulled my eyes from the screen to type up my review of Crimson Skies High Road to Revenge^^~~
Gameplay: The gameplay in this game is outstanding. For any person that likes plane games, this is a must for you, for everyone else, this is a must for you. The fighting is quick and explosive, with bullets and rockets zipping past you, and your planes attempt to pull out some tricky manuevers to get you out of sticky situations. The game is easy to master and fun once you know it. The game has a great single player story to go along with it, with some cinematics and an interesting tale, but the place where all the action happens is on Live. With many game types like simple team dogfight, all the way to wild chicken(a person grabs a flying chicken and attempts to return it to the enemies base for points) the game will keep you playing for a long time, as it has done for me^^~~
Graphics: Visualy, this game looks great as well. The planes and terrain are crisp and can show off some of the Xbox's power. The missles and bullets look as realistic as missles and bullets can get in a 1930's style futureistic plane game. The terrain is also something to goggle over, with the tall skyscrapers, to large earth statues, to rain splattering on the screen and lighting bolts, the game visually, looks great^^~~
Sound: It seems that everything is great about this game, including the sound. The game has same amazing sounds, with the explosions, and the machine gun fire that keeps you wondering where it is coming from. The games planes sound great as well, including when a plane does a nose dive, it makes that kinda sound that a person would expect from a plane flying downward rapidly at a 90 degree angle^^~~
Suggestions: Overall this is a great game and if you have Xbox Live, you have to own this game or cancel your subscription! For anyone who doesn't have xbox live, this game is still a must have for its single player alone and fun play. One thing i am looking forward to is some of the downladable content, since none has been released yet since the game is still new. For anyone who wants to get xbox live, I sugest this be one of the first games that you get. A person can only hope that games like this will come out more often, because it seems like a game like this is hard to find now a days. Christmas is coming up soon, and I am looking to get a new tv to complete my xbox package. Until that time comes, I will see you on the forums^^~~

Overall: XBOX Live is just getting bigger and better everyday. Each with a new genre game delivering the best in online entertainment. Racing, Sports, and even Fighting. There was one key element missing. Online dog fighting. Sure enough, Microsoft Studios delivers what is to be the coolest, slickest, fastest, and most lag-free Live game to date. Even if you dont have XBL, this is truly a wonderful game to get.
Gameplay: Extremely Addictive. Each mission is full of destroying planes, escorting missions, saving towns, women, yourself, and getting the dough for new gear and planes. It's quite simple really. If you've played Halo, which most of you have, then its right at home. R trigger is guns, L trigger is missiles and all controls are inverted. Boost and Brake are all here. Simple to pick up, however, when it comes to multi-player, it could take months to master. Yes, I know there is no FPS mode. But this was not the intention of playing the game. Do not let this stupid draw back ruin it for you. It hasnt for anyone else. All in all, its simple and addictive, what more could you ask for?

Graphics: Beautiful. Lots of great looking backgrounds, arenas, and planes, and terrific bump mapping. Lots of shiny buildings, fluent animations and just great detail. Even the elements such as rain makes nice effects by falling on the camera. This is with out a doubt one of the nicest looking XBOX games.

Sound: The brilliant score of dashing, daring, adventurous music being played adds terrific environment and setting. The gun chains, propellers, boosters, blasters, rockets, missiles and explosions are top notch and make the game even better. Also on a up note, the voice acting is quite acceptable.

Overall: Arcade style flight simulator. Loads of fun. I found the single player to be kind of short, but the addition of Xbox live support makes up for that.
Gameplay: Missions range from races, search and destroy, dogfights, base defend, escort, and find and retrieve. The controls are tight and easy to get the hang of. The special moves also come in handy.
Graphics: Large massive outdoor areas. Nicely detailed planes and enviroments. I wasn't that impressed by the cutscenes, but that is a minor gripe.
Sound: From the steady thudding of a machine to the sputtering of a dying engine the sound is terrific. The music and voice acting are also well done. I found the female voices to be fairly annoying though.
Suggestions: Plane customization would have been nice.

Overall: The singleplayer is Great! The mulitplayer is also good. If you ever played Mech Assault you might know where i'm coming from when i say "The multiplayer can get semi-repetitious." The singleplayer is awesome, and can be bought soly for this element. But the multiplayer isn't all that mega great, because it's too simple (IMO). It is fun every now and then, but not all the time. Final note: if you didn't like MechAssault's multiplayer this is some what better, but only by a little bit.
Gameplay: The controls are great, and the ation is fun. I recomend this to any teenager. Read over my "overall" box to learn what i thought of the single/multiplayer modes.
Graphics: Very good detail, nice graphics, good character animations, and models. The planes look great, nothing bad at all in this area, pretty perfect if you ask me!
Sound: Good music, and sound effects. Voice acting is also very well done. Nothing at all to detract from the game here!

Overall: Great game! Tons of action. You have unlimited machine gun ammo. The planes are awesome and it doesnt really feel like a flying game.
Gameplay: You dogfight or get off the plane and man anti-aircraft guns. It is really open-ended because you dont have 2 do anything unless you want to. You can just fly around then go up to the missions
Graphics: Some of the best graphics on XBOX. WHen you hit the water with your plane water particles hit your screen
Sound: Good explosions, etc.
