AQUA KITTY UDX: Xbox One Ultra Edition to Launch Soon

Bear with us here as we let you know the details on the upcoming Xbox One released AQUA KITTY UDX: Xbox One Ultra Edition, a game with a story as crazy as the name it has been given.

The cats return once again to Xbox in this super fantastic ULTRA version - AQUA KITTY UDX: Xbox One Ultra Edition. The game is built t on the special PS4 ’DX’ edition and it adds a further flood of enhancements along with an all new Uridium-like DREADNOUGHT MODE.

The action packed underwater kitten defending retro cute-em-up, will launch on the XBOX ONE store on February 3rd.

So what is this crazy title game all about? Well, due to a sudden shortage of milk, cats around the world are forced to seek out new sources to get their fix.

You and your team of milk mining kittens have overcome a fear of water to drill down under the ocean seabed and begin extracting vast reserves of what seems to be naturally forming full-fat milk. Yes, that is the premise. You’ll have to defend the mining kittens from disruptive mechanical sea creatures.

The additional Dreadnought mode takes you deep down into the Meowiana trench. There you must fly through and destroy huge multi-screen enemy craft, whilst rescuing imprisoned kittens.

GAME FEATURES

Aqua Kitty is a high res 2D pixel drawn arcade shooter, created with a love of the 16-bit gaming era and late 80s video arcade games. This XBOX ONE edition has been upgraded with both small and large changes. Here is a small selection of its many features:

• An all new, 13 level DREADNOUGHT MODE which plays like a fine blend of Uridium and Defender.
• Remastered music, plus all new music tracks and sfx in Dreadnought mode.
• Optional local 2 player coop, great if you need an extra cat buddy to help you out!
• HUD art retooled and enhanced for greater clarity on busier levels.
• Rebalanced levels, such as extra weapons for INFINITE MODE, and reworked CLASSIC MODE levels.
• Depth based weapon generation system, allowing you to tactically choose which powerup is spawned and where.
• Tricky ARCADE MODE which fuses the gameplay of Defender with the upgrade system of Gradius.

So there you have it. You’ll be in charge of saving the feline world from a "catastophe". That’s right, we said that just "meow".  And yes, these are XBA driven puns.....and we are not sorry.
