Samurai Shodown Season 2 Details Announced
Are you still one of those fighting game fans who are loyal to SNK’s Samurai Shodown franchise. Well, if that describes you, then this news tidbit is for you.
Samurai Showdown has released some details on Season 2. This new season will feature 4 brand-new DLC characters including Mina, Sogetsu, and Iroha for the 2nd Season. And, atlhough we are an Xbox centric site, it should be noted that in addition to all the previous Season 1 characters, this new content will also be available for the Nintendo Switch version of the game scheduled for release on February 25th.
In terms of the DLC that is being released for Season 2, Mina will be the first available DLC character and is slated for a February 2020 release. This release is to be followed by Sogetsu, then Iroha—with a fourth DLC character being released sometime later. We have been told that more detailed information will be announced soon.
