POP Rewarded at GDCA
Ubisoft accepted two prestigious awards for its critically acclaimed hit Prince of Persia The Sands of Time(tm), at the 4th annual Game Developers Choice Awards in San Jose last night. The Prince of Persia team took home the Excellence in Programming and Excellence in Game Design awards. In addition to Prince of Persia, Beyond Good & Evil(tm) and Uru(tm): Ages Beyond MYST® were also nominated. "It is a great honor to receive the ultimate nod from our industry peers," said Yves Guillemot, President and CEO, Ubisoft. "These awards, added to the nine others we received from the Academy of Arts and Interactive Science earlier this month, are a strong tribute to our dedication towards innovation and quality.
