Today marks a milestone in fitness media, the very first interactive video personal trainer is now available as a computer game. Ironically, the very same medium that has contributed to the obesity problem among kids and young adults very well help solve the problem. The game is called "Yourself!Fitness" and it features a computer animated personal coach named "Maya" who helps women to created tailored fitness and meal routines.
