Homestation Still Rumoured
As you may or may not know there have been many rumours flying about the Homestation for several months now. A report has been posted on c|net about the rumoured device, that is thought to be an all-in-one entertainment system. The article is uofficial and nothing has been confirmed. Whether or not it is rumour we will have to wait and see, however the article is quite interesting regardless.The rumoured Homestation is supposedly based on the Xbox design, which is similar to a PC and uses standard PC components such as an Intel Celeron processor and USB ports. Besides playing Xbox games, the HomeStation will act as a digital video recorder, similar to devices from TiVo and Sonicblue's ReplayTV, and will perform Internet functions such as e-mail and Web surfing, aswell as play DVD movies and digital music tracks.

Personally I think the Homestation is nothing more than rumour, but it is still interesting to hear more about it.
