Dead to Rights 2 Canned
Word comes in from our sources that the Dead to Rights offshoot, First Strike: Grant City Anti-Crime has been cancelled for reasons at this point are still unknown. No real word on why it’s been cancelled nor if the development team is now working in part on Dead to Rights II. One could speculate that the storylines and/or game ideas have been merged to make a much better sequel to the original Dead to Rights. First Strike: Grant City Anti-Crime was planned for all three consoles and in the earlier stages of development went by the name ExtremeForce: Grant City Anti-Crime. The last known release date for the title was February 17th 2004. First Strike: Grant City Anti-Crime was being developed and set to be published by Namco.
